Canto Festival 2009

Notes: Kim Jootaek, a multi-award-winning baritone, performed as the guest of honor at the 2009 CantoFestival Opera Gala. Despite being only 23 years old, he impressed audiences with both his vocal excellence and engaging stage presence. The gala's winners performed three pieces each, showcasing diverse repertoires, while Kim Jootaek took the spotlight in the second half. Known for his expressive acting and charismatic charm, Kim Jootaek's performance was a standout moment of the evening. At the time, he was also preparing for his debut in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Jesi.
